‘Alpha Cottage’ is situated just 500 yards from Cwm Deri Vineyard in the rural village of Martletwy.
Built in 1896, the substantial house was completely renovated in Autumn 2007 and now tastefully combines the features of a character house with the convenience of modern living.
Downstairs, there is a brand new fully fitted kitchen equipped with Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer, Electric Fan Oven and Halogen Hob. The kitchen is well-equipped with a whole host of electric appliances, cooking dishes and utensils.
Off the central hallway you will find two extremely spacious reception rooms. The comfortable lounge with double aspect windows to front and rear has a large TV with surround sound cinema and a Freeview box providing multiple digital channel viewing. The elegant dining room has a table for 8, whilst still having enough space for relaxing and playing a quiet game or reading, away from the TV in the lounge.
Upstairs, the house has three double bedrooms. The spacious master suite boasts an en suite luxury shower room. A luxurious family bathroom with shower over bath caters comfortably for the other two bedrooms.
Outside, there is off-road parking for 1 large or 2 small cars. The very large mature garden which backs on to open farmland is sloping and on several levels.

Whether it is the natural beauty of the Preseli mountains or the charm of the seaside at Tenby, all is within 20 or 30 minutes drive of Alpha Cottage.
